The reason is that their <strong>housing<\/strong> current ones do not allow them to <strong>take full advantage<\/strong> the space they really need to <strong>to be able to flourish<\/strong> and live properly. The latter thus want <strong>enjoy<\/strong> of a <strong>space<\/strong> more <strong>large<\/strong> and in a more serene and rocky environment of a natural setting. Among the 500 people surveyed during the study carried out, 40% would like to <strong>to relocate.<\/strong> Moreover, among these people, 7% have already taken the plunge <strong>moving.<\/strong> But also, 15% are decided to definitely want <strong>leave<\/strong> from home in 2021. Being <strong>feel confined<\/strong> in a restricted place seems to accentuate the frustration of the French and the pollution as well as the pace of life are becoming more and more harsh in large cities. It's a <strong>resolution<\/strong> taken by the French at the level of <strong>all<\/strong> of <strong>territory,<\/strong> excluding the region of<a href=\"\/prl\/ile-de-france\/\">Ile-de-France<\/a>, where the French would above all like to live in medium-sized towns. The latter represent 45%, while 30% chose to settle in the countryside and 21% in a large city.<\/p>\n<h2>Renovating your home<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to wanting <strong>to relocate<\/strong> and go green, <strong>French<\/strong> also highlighted the importance of <strong>renovate<\/strong> their <strong>accommodation.<\/strong> Among those surveyed, 1 in 2 French people would take advantage of the opportunity to <strong>improve<\/strong> favorably <strong>performance<\/strong> of their <strong>houses,<\/strong> as much on the plan\u00a0<strong>energy<\/strong> that on the plan\u00a0<strong>functional.<\/strong> Thus, 67% of them would like to optimize the comfort of their interior above all, 21% would like to carry out <strong>energy savings<\/strong> important in order to best manage their consumption and finally 9% would like <strong>benefit<\/strong> of a <strong>capital gain<\/strong> on their <strong>wellness.<\/strong> The <strong>renovation<\/strong> is a fundamental step to ensure the <strong>sustainability<\/strong> of a <strong>real estate,<\/strong> but also, it is a good perspective for those who one day wish to turn to <strong>resale<\/strong> of <strong>possession<\/strong> or the <a href=\"\/en\/gestion-locative-nature-holidays\/\">Property rental<\/a><strong>.<\/strong> Thanks to the improvement of the <strong>energetic performance,<\/strong> the French are better off in terms of <strong>taxation<\/strong> and at the level of <strong>maintenance charges<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>annuals.<\/strong> Thus, the main fields of <strong>renovation<\/strong> to which the French would like <strong>start<\/strong> their <strong>works<\/strong> are in particular the <strong>Windows<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.consortium-immobilier.fr\/guide\/achat-vente\/4\/23\/533\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thermal and sound insulation<\/a>), the bathroom, the bedroom, the kitchen and the living room.
