This mainly represents a collection of 6 billion euros. Compared to the year 2019, this <strong>rate<\/strong> was <strong>high<\/strong> at 5%. From now on, the year 2021 wishes to be able to recover its <strong>rate<\/strong> of <strong>yield<\/strong> for <strong>be able to align<\/strong> to that of 2019. This rate is attributed to SCPI PF GRAND PARIS. Certainly the start of 2021 was more or less <strong>favorable<\/strong> for <strong>certain sectors,<\/strong> it is still essential to <strong>stay on guard<\/strong> for the next few months to come and therefore <strong>to watch<\/strong> continually <strong>tendency<\/strong> of <strong>market.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>A sustainable investment<\/h2>\n<p>Since many years, <strong>invest<\/strong> in <strong>SCPI<\/strong> has always been a real <strong>success<\/strong> for the <strong>investors<\/strong> because the latter see each other <strong>benefit<\/strong> of a <strong>rate<\/strong> of <strong>optimal performance<\/strong> compared to others <strong>forms of savings.<\/strong> In 2020, the <strong>estate market<\/strong> experienced a real <strong>boom<\/strong> and requested a <strong>sustainable competitive performance,<\/strong> particularly in terms of <strong>rent.<\/strong> This is also why during this year, the <strong>yield<\/strong> displayed a <strong>higher rate<\/strong> at 6%, <strong>despite<\/strong> the <strong>financial crisis.<\/strong> The <strong>savers<\/strong> therefore always seem <strong>bear interest<\/strong> by this type of <strong>investment product<\/strong> for <strong>generate<\/strong> more of <strong>income.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>A sustained revival<\/h2>\n<p>According to <strong>forecasts<\/strong> carried out at the level of <strong>rate<\/strong> of <strong>yield<\/strong> forecast, we can witness a very timely revival for investors. The <a href=\"\/en\/gestion-locative-nature-holidays\/\">management companies<\/a> will therefore be able to ensure a much larger collection. The latter therefore have <strong>communicated<\/strong> their <strong>forecast returns.<\/strong> We were therefore able to note an average forecast yield of 4.57% for the year 2021.
