However, most of <strong>loans granted<\/strong> since December have <strong>increase<\/strong> of a few basis points despite the <strong>developments<\/strong> of the <strong>thresholds<\/strong> of <strong>wear.<\/strong> However, this favors the <strong>maintenance<\/strong> of the <strong>rate<\/strong> at low level, i.e. <strong>pursuit<\/strong> of their <strong>drop.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>duration<\/strong> of the <strong>loans<\/strong> rose to 228 months in February 2020, therefore more stable than in January.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For accession to new construction at 246 months<\/li>\n<li>For accession to the old at 244 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Throughout 2019, the <strong>durations<\/strong> of the <strong>bank loans<\/strong> did not demonstrate <strong>significant fluctuations,<\/strong> because they remained almost <strong>stable.<\/strong> In January 2020, we observed a <strong>slight decrease,<\/strong> i.e. 4 months less since December 2019, while <strong>durations<\/strong> have <strong>tendency<\/strong> has <strong>lie down<\/strong> at this time of year.
