According to this survey, the <strong>majority<\/strong> of the <strong>professionals<\/strong> suffered a <strong>decreased activity<\/strong> by more than 25%, and for 14%, this drop in activity exceeds 50%.<\/p>\n<p>According to the President of APIC, Bruno Rouleau, activities in 2020 were affected by the health crisis, as well as by the choice of funding organizations. On the one hand, confinement has put most of the <strong>real estate projects,<\/strong> especially at the level of customers who require support in their project, in <strong>decreasing<\/strong> the <strong>number<\/strong> of <strong>files processed.<\/strong> On the other hand, some banks have decided to stop the study of <strong>real estate loans,<\/strong> to the detriment of a <strong>elongation<\/strong> of the <strong>time limit<\/strong> of <strong>answer,<\/strong> increasing the <strong>drop<\/strong> of <strong>sales figures<\/strong> brokers and agents.<\/p>\n<p>For <strong>to counter<\/strong> the <strong>crisis<\/strong> and the <strong>decreased activity,<\/strong> the majority of professionals applied a <strong>Partial unemployment<\/strong> to keep a minimum of trained staff. According to the assertions of Bruno Rouleau, nearly a third of the members had to <strong>realize<\/strong> of the <strong>workforce reductions,<\/strong> especially in the <strong>modest facilities,<\/strong> due to the drop in activity, despite the <strong>government aid,<\/strong> which allowed several professionals to avoid disaster.<\/p>\n<p>The spread of <strong>COVID<\/strong> has <strong>disrupted the French economy,<\/strong> forcing businesses to adapt so as not to go out of business. Many brokers and agents have <strong>varied<\/strong> their <strong>turnover<\/strong> by suggesting new products, such as <strong>professional credit,<\/strong> the <strong>consumer credit,<\/strong> the <strong>repurchase<\/strong> of <strong>credit, insurance<\/strong> of <strong>ready<\/strong> and others <strong>insurance,<\/strong> the <strong>advice<\/strong> of <strong>management<\/strong> of <strong>heritage,<\/strong> the <strong>sale<\/strong> of <strong>new,<\/strong> etc.<\/p>\n<p>If most were not yet adapted to the <strong>digitalization,<\/strong> the <strong>health crisis<\/strong> highlighted the importance of being able to <strong>to treat<\/strong> the <strong>files<\/strong> has <strong>distance,<\/strong> thanks to digital equipment. Currently, more than 80% have established these tools, compared to only 35% before the health crisis.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding credit activity in 2021, 80% of professionals think that it will be subject to a <strong>drop<\/strong> or to a <strong>stability<\/strong> compared to 2020, while only 20% estimate that it will be in
