Many in fact, at the very beginning of the health crisis, began to consider settling elsewhere, for good. And we don't waste time. Just a few days after the start of the first confinement, the <strong>French<\/strong> many take <strong>contact<\/strong> with some <strong>Real estate agencies,<\/strong> for the most part <strong>research<\/strong> of a <strong>house<\/strong> of <strong>campaign.<\/strong> For Alexander Kraft, president and CEO of Sotheby\u2019s Interational Realty France \u2013 Monaco, a group of agencies specializing in luxury real estate, this period marked the more than profitable return of buyers and sellers to the <strong>market<\/strong> of <strong>real estate<\/strong> of <strong>prestige.<\/strong> The manager explains that the number of clients who contact his agencies is clearly increasing, and that they are looking for \u201c\u00a0<strong>quality goods<\/strong>\u00a0\u201d, with a particular penchant for \u201cresidences with outdoor spaces\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enthusiasm<\/strong> French people for <strong>real estate<\/strong> naturally also benefits Cimalpes whose agencies operate in the luxury resorts of Courchevel, M\u00e9ribel or Val-d\u2019Is\u00e8re. The <strong>desire<\/strong> of the <strong>customers<\/strong> to have <strong>residential homes<\/strong> of <strong>luxury<\/strong> is <strong>tangible,<\/strong> explains the group, emphasizing that the relaxation of health rules has enabled the organization, under better conditions, of <strong>visits<\/strong> of the <strong>property<\/strong> and <strong>moves<\/strong>. Cimalpes expects that a market of opportunities will develop rapidly, in which sellers inclined to make concessions rub shoulders with buyers at the same time. <strong>research<\/strong> of <strong>property<\/strong> quality but not too expensive. The group at the same time predicts the <strong>development<\/strong> of a <strong>other market,<\/strong> more wait-and-see: owners would be less quick to make concessions or even sell quickly, preferring to wait until demand returns to its pre-crisis level.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>market<\/strong> of the <strong>second homes<\/strong> is not, however, the only one to benefit from the relaxation of health rules. YouGov, an international company specializing in opinion surveys and <strong>studies<\/strong> of <strong>market,<\/strong> carried out an interesting study on behalf of Meilleurs Agents, a major player in <strong>real estate valuation<\/strong> in <strong>line.<\/strong> The survey reveals that nearly 75% of French people would like to own a country house \u2013 67% of those questioned say they need one to recharge their batteries and 62% insist on the importance of proximity to such <strong>residence<\/strong> with nature.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation confirms other\u00a0 <strong>criteria<\/strong> on the <strong>choice<\/strong> of the French in terms of <strong>houses<\/strong> the country. Among these criteria, there is in particular the accessibility of <strong>the location<\/strong> of the <strong>residence.<\/strong> 41% of those surveyed \u201cplan to go there every weekend or almost,\u201d the study authors explain. The French may want to escape from time to time, but <strong>proximity<\/strong> with the <strong>residence<\/strong> principal remains an essential criterion. According to this study, 46% would be ready to invest in a country house located less than a hundred kilometers from their home; a <strong>second home<\/strong> located within a radius of one hundred and fifty kilometers around the main residence appeals to only 16% of those questioned.<\/p>\n<p>On the budget side, the French are ready to spend \u20ac170,000 on average for the acquisition of a country house. The amount is reasonable and allows <strong>realize<\/strong> a <strong>good deal.<\/strong> Near Paris, the Meilleurs Agents teams have, for example, <strong>property<\/strong> <strong>accessible<\/strong> with this budget in localities like Luigny (Eure-et-Loir) or Y\u00e8vre-la-Ville (Loiret). Quality goods are also available in La Roche-Guyon (Val-d\u2019Oise): for example, you can <a href=\"\/en\/achat-en-lmnp\/\"><strong>become an owner<\/strong><\/a> of a <strong>house<\/strong> of 76 m\u00b2 with garden for \u20ac171,000.<\/p>\n<p>Some <strong>residential homes<\/strong> of <strong>quality<\/strong> are also available near Bordeaux, for example in Mano in Landes or Allons in Lot-et-Garonne, where buyers can treat themselves, for \u20ac165,000, to, among other things, a 160 m\u00b2 house with a spacious garden with a view on the forest. It is also possible to find a pretty country house in P\u00e9rigord, particularly in villages like Bourrou.<\/p>\n<p>The Lyonnais have the choice among <strong>numerous properties<\/strong>\u00a0of <strong>quality<\/strong> located in particular in the areas of Vercors, Livardois and Beaujolais. The country houses in question are located more precisely in peaceful localities such as Montmirail \u2013 an attractive village where it is possible, for example, to acquire a 98 m\u00b2 house with garden and swimming pool, for \u20ac164,000 \u2013 but also Le Brugeron or Saint-Cl\u00e9ment-sur-Guye again.<\/p>\n<p>It is also possible to find a pretty country house around Toulouse. Several <strong>property<\/strong> are for example available in charming localities such as Saint-G\u00e9ry-Ver in Le Quercy, Camon in Ari\u00e8ge but also Siron in Haut-Languedoc.
