{"id":7371,"date":"2021-09-26T10:24:08","date_gmt":"2021-09-26T08:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/natureetresidencevillage.com\/?p=7371"},"modified":"2022-08-31T16:00:19","modified_gmt":"2022-08-31T14:00:19","slug":"immobilier-une-possible-baisse-des-prix-a-paris","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/natureetresidencevillage.com\/en\/blog\/immobilier-une-possible-baisse-des-prix-a-paris\/","title":{"rendered":"Real estate : a possible drop in prices in Paris"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Times are currently at <strong>the balance,<\/strong> notably with a 0.1% increase in <strong>price<\/strong> of <strong>real estate<\/strong> everywhere in France, during the past month, except, for the first time since August 2015, in Paris, where <strong>price<\/strong> of <strong>real estate<\/strong> have <strong>drop<\/strong> by 0.1% over the last 12 months.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/natureetresidencevillage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/baisse-prix-immobilier-paris.jpg\" alt=\"Immobilier : une possible baisse des prix \u00e0 Paris\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The year 2020 is especially marked by a <strong>oscillating trend,<\/strong> where phase <strong>of euphoria<\/strong> and of <strong>slow-down<\/strong> did not stop <strong>substitute.<\/strong> However, the year 2021 is starting quite calmly, with <strong>slight increase<\/strong> of 0.1% of <strong>price<\/strong> of <strong>real estate<\/strong> over the past month in almost all of France.<\/p>\n<p>For the first time since August 2015, it is possible to <strong>notice<\/strong> a <strong>drop<\/strong> of 0.1% of <strong>price<\/strong> of <strong>real estate<\/strong> in the city of Paris, during the last 12 months. To that <strong>is added<\/strong> the <strong>drop<\/strong> of 1% of the prices of supermarkets. Assessment of this situation: if prices were estimated at 10,500 euros per square meter, and were slowly moving towards 11,000 euros per square meter, they have currently fallen to 10,350 euros per square meter in the capital. Even if these <strong>price<\/strong> know a <strong>slight decrease,<\/strong> they remain quite <strong>high<\/strong> compared to other large French cities. Concerning the current situation, the key word to remember is <strong>the balance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The proof, the <strong>prices observed<\/strong> since the end of October have been fairly stable, and this tends to continue, with <strong>increase<\/strong> of only 0.1% of prices over the past month in almost all of France. This pricing trend justifies the <strong>stability<\/strong> of <strong>market,<\/strong> as well as his ability to get back on his feet. For many <strong>actors<\/strong> of <strong>real estate,<\/strong> stone always remains an irreplaceable safe haven. With the ambiguities hovering over the field of employment, <strong>access<\/strong> at <strong>credit<\/strong> remains a sensitive subject. As a result, buyers remain discreet and the relationship between supply and demand tends to be balanced in the majority of urban areas, as well as in the capital.<\/p>\n<p>For the first time since August 2015, <strong>price<\/strong> of <strong>real estate<\/strong> in Paris are subject to <strong>slight decrease<\/strong> of 0.1%, worsened by the <strong>drop<\/strong> of 0.1% of <strong>price<\/strong> at the level of <strong>malls.<\/strong> If prices in the suburbs generally follow the Parisian trend, these recent months are considered an exception. In one year, the <strong>price<\/strong> of <strong>real estate<\/strong> experienced an increase of 2.5% in the inner suburbs and 2.7% in the outer
