Indeed, many of them <strong>want to leave<\/strong> the <strong>capital city<\/strong> for <strong>settle<\/strong> in the big ones <strong>regional metropolises,<\/strong> although few of them take the plunge.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/natureetresidencevillage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/lyon.jpg\" alt=\"Quelles sont les villes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es des cadres parisiens ?\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With the carrier strike in December, the confinement which encourages the French to stay at home, all these <strong>events<\/strong> don't <strong>not benefit<\/strong> to <strong>Parisian executives<\/strong> which <strong>live<\/strong> in the <strong>capital city.<\/strong> This series of events encourages them to begin <strong>reflections<\/strong> on their <strong>way<\/strong> of <strong>life.<\/strong> As part of the 8<sup>rd<\/sup> edition of the Cadremploi study on the preferred cities of <strong>Parisian executives,<\/strong> here are the major trends that are popular in France.<\/p>\n<p>Although the City of Lights seems to attract tourists and locals alike, <strong>Paris is no longer as attractive<\/strong> frames as before. Despite his <strong>qualities<\/strong> in <strong>accessibility terms<\/strong> to <strong>various services<\/strong> and to the <strong>cultural life,<\/strong> the <strong>disinterest is confirmed<\/strong> more and more. Nearly 63% of Parisians believe that <strong>city<\/strong> is <strong>too stressful<\/strong> and 57% blame him for <strong>cost<\/strong> of the <strong>life too high.<\/strong> Not to mention the 48% who point the finger at <strong>time<\/strong> of <strong>transport<\/strong> too much <strong>important.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With all criteria combined, more than the majority of Parisians surveyed declare <strong>dissatisfied<\/strong> of their <strong>situation,<\/strong> or 54% of them. So many reasons that encourage executives to <strong>to change<\/strong> of <strong>place<\/strong> of life far from the capital. Moreover, 83% of them want <strong>flee Paris<\/strong> at <strong>profit<\/strong> of the <strong>regional cities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the <strong>real estate issues<\/strong> which persist have taken on a whole new dimension following the recent period of <strong>lockdown.<\/strong> Those who live in small areas are the most numerous to deplore these conditions. To date, 46% of Parisian executives <strong>declare dissatisfied<\/strong> of their <strong>accommodation,<\/strong> and 27% who regret not <strong>not able to invest<\/strong> in the <strong>capital city.<\/strong> Indeed, it is difficult to find a spacious house with a garden in the capital. The <strong>price<\/strong> is another <strong>brake<\/strong> which repels <strong>buyers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Executives are ready to travel back and forth between Paris and the Province<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Parisians<\/strong> do not hide their desire to want <strong>to leave<\/strong> the <strong>Parisian city,<\/strong> but few of them cross the threshold. They are mainly <strong>braked<\/strong> by the idea of not <strong>find<\/strong> a <strong>employment elsewhere,<\/strong> as stated by 66% of the executives surveyed. On the other hand, they are ready to make <strong>concessions<\/strong> in order to <strong>shape<\/strong> their <strong>projects.<\/strong> The resignation option is down slightly at 46%, a percentage down 6 points compared to 2019. The option of going back and forth between Paris and the Province rises considerably to 38%, i.e. up 7 points. A <strong>tendency<\/strong> which <strong>explains itself<\/strong> partly with the possibility of <strong>telework.<\/strong> A way of working that executives want to adopt in a sustainable way. In addition, 61% agree to <strong>to change<\/strong> of <strong>job<\/strong> to be able to <strong>move<\/strong> in <strong>region.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>A third of executives are actively looking for a position in the region<\/h2>\n<p>Even if the line between reflection and taking action is not very clear, recent events linked to <strong>economic context<\/strong> and <strong>sanitary<\/strong> changed the situation. In some ways, these events have tarnished the image of Paris among 47% of executives. In addition to this, they advocate more for regional mobility for the 83%. They are even inclined to want <strong>start<\/strong> the <strong>procedures<\/strong> necessary in this sense through interviews which concern 32% of them. Indeed, they are actively <strong>research<\/strong> of a <strong>post<\/strong> or in <strong>request<\/strong> of <strong>mutation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This ardent desire to <strong>flee<\/strong> to the <strong>life<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Parisian<\/strong> derived from <strong>many patterns.<\/strong> For the 75%, it results from this desire to undergo less stress, the 62% aim to <strong>preserve<\/strong> their <strong>personal life,<\/strong> and of <strong>decrease<\/strong> the <strong>incompressible loads.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Bordeaux, Nantes and Lyon, the cities most popular with Parisian executives<\/h2>\n<p>Parisian executives are keen on the idea of leaving the capital to settle in Bordeaux, Nantes and Lyon, the favorite cities of executives. This trio of cities won the most votes, with 51% for Bordeaux, 44% for Nantes and 31% for Lyon. Note that each of them has their <strong>own assets<\/strong> as the <strong>climate,<\/strong> the <strong>proximity<\/strong> with the <strong>sea<\/strong> or with the <strong>mountain,<\/strong> etc. Finally, the wish that is unanimous among <strong>Parisian executives<\/strong> is here <strong>research<\/strong> of a <strong>better living environment<\/strong> for the 89%.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les cadres parisiens qui souhaitent changer d\u2019air ont int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 se d\u00e9cider pour de bon en 2020.
