The process thus made it possible to <strong>evolve<\/strong> the <strong>grid<\/strong> of <strong>reference<\/strong> of the Aeras convention. The evolution of eligibility is reflected in particular by the abandonment of the criterion relating to the consumption of drugs or other illicit substances. In addition, if patients were previously required to have the absence of a <strong>AIDS stage,<\/strong> we now require the absence of ongoing opportunistic infection.<\/p>\n<p>The lines are also moving in terms of <strong>eligibility criteria<\/strong> for patients with lymphocytic leukemia. The need to have a CD4 lymphocyte count exceeding the threshold of 350 per mm<sup>3<\/sup> during <strong>therapeutic history<\/strong> is no longer part of the eligibility criteria. On the other hand, he required the patient to do a <strong>strict control<\/strong> of the <strong>viral load<\/strong> twelve months after the start of treatment and the CD4 count is at least 500 mm<sup>3<\/sup> during the twenty-four months preceding subscription to the agreement.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, the duration between the start of treatment and the end of the <strong>insurance contract<\/strong> could not previously exceed twenty-seven years. This <strong>maximum duration<\/strong> is now thirty-five years old. It will be noted, however, that the duration of <strong>coverage<\/strong> of <strong>credit<\/strong> remains capped at twenty-five years.<\/p>\n<p>It is interesting to recall the <strong>other conditions<\/strong> what must be completed by a person diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia: the <strong>patient<\/strong> must <strong>have<\/strong> <strong>between twenty-five and seventy years old<\/strong>, be at <strong>stage A of the Binet classification<\/strong>, have a lymphocyte count below 15,000 mm<sup>3<\/sup> as well as a mutated IGHV profile. If all these conditions are met, the patient is entitled to a certain number of guarantees (death, total and irreversible loss of autonomy, specific disability), covering the credit for a maximum of
